- • The unit consists of S.S. Slat conveyor, filling nozzle with self-centering device, S.S. Geared pumps, “No Container Machine Stops” System.
- • Machine Structure M.S. with well painted body and fully covered by S.S sheet.
- • Inlet 3/4" connection with valve and other accessories.
- • There is manual bottle loading on conveyor.
- • The unit consists of S.S. Slat conveyor, filling nozzle with self-centering device, S.S. Geared pumps, “No Container Machine Stops” System.
- • There is a 8 filling station given. 4 Filling stations for coarse filling and another 4 for fine filling to prevent over flowing and spillage and get better accuracy in filling.
- • P.L.C Based controlled system for different filling requirement (E.g. 2, 4, 5, 6, Liter.)
- • 2 nos. S.S Gear Pumps used.
- • Filling nozzles height adjusted by single wheel setting and center distance between two nozzles adjusted by easy slide and lock system.
- • 100Ltr.S.S storage tank with cover and ball valve with inlet “T” connection, conical bottom with drain and eight outlet nozzles. (All Pipes and fitting are in S.S Material).
- • Conveyor length 2000mm with machine.
